Whew!! We had fitchicks sweating outside & inside the club… We went past capacity today, and it was fun..Whoohoo! But we are a BOUTIQUE small community relational un-gym and we want these sessions to be intimate to give each person attention & mentorship to achieve success. Results is more than just a workout!Here's what I need help with:1. What additional FITCAMP weekend times would you attend?2. 8am WEEKDAY Fitcamp time isn't seeing much action. What is the best morning time frame after 630am thru 12 noon would YOU BE able to attend?3. Saturday warm yoga had a great turn out today & everyone raved about the therapeutic affects of this morning's Gentle 'Let Go Pain' session! But our regular warm yoga on the weekdays need some love too. What days & times would YOU attend?4. Last night's Friday MixxedFit had a great turn out!! Do you still want us to have Zumba on Thursday nights or replace it?5. Tuesdays & Thursday nights should have 2 classes. Is 5:30pm (some sort of cardio) & 6:30pm warm yoga a good idea?Your input into your community is welcome & valued!

1. Kristi Bridgman2. 42 yrs 3. Deputy Sheriff; Graveyard: 40+ depending on call outs, court, etc 4. Part of a team that raised 2 awesome kids now 25 & 235. 15 married; 20 together6. History with weight loss: Always been athletic; played college basketball and kept pretty fit through the first 6 years of my career. Got into detective/undercover work. Worked a ton of hours, (made) no time for exercise, ate out several times a week with the guys, didn't necessarily watch what I was eating, and partying a lot when I was off. About 5 years ago had three surgeries over a year and half period, 2 of which left me non weight bearing for 6 weeks each time and I packed on even more weight. Tried a couple different gyms and attempted to watch what I ate but was never consistent. I lost some but never kept it off until I came to VGFC. The support, encouragement, and community environment plus the accountabil-a-buddies from VGFC has been simply amazing in my path of rediscovering my body. 7. Why are you doing a show? Why not? Down over 50 lbs I feel younger and stronger than I have in years and am definitely not dead so Why Not? #teamvictorysculpt #throwbackthursday Karen McGrue 51 1/2 yrs young; retired/professional Glam'ma of a 21mos old precious boy (Lil Man); I have two wonderful, handsome young men (22 & 25 yrs old); Married to my Jr high sweetheart for 27 1/2yrs (together for 37 1/2yrs); History of weight loss – lost about 20+/- lbs after jaw surgery and having braces at 40. After my braces were removed (3yrs later), I gained it all back (and then some). I never really bought into fad diets but tried a few with no permanent results. I'm doing the show because I was inspired when I attended my first show (to spectate). Not only was I inspired but I also want to live a long healthy life – plus, I love a good challenge.
