After I tasted @jujumanu overnight oats at the top of Mt Si, I bought pretty jars that SHOULD have lasted the whole week… But alas, I have kids so they lasted till Tuesday, lol! The first experiment was ok… But this morning's concoction is delish! 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp chia seeds, 1Tbl dried cranberries, 2 Tbl. PB2 chocolate flav, 1/2 Tbl. Maple syrup, 1/4 cup apple sauce, 1 cup Almond or coconut milk alternative. This recipe is thicker due to chai seeds instead of flax meal so I added more milk to make it runny. Delish!
